Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and systematic organization
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Document workflow activities and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with reliable transportation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation training
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not required
