Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory with speed and accuracy using powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Sort, scan, and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations and meet daily production targets.
- Perform regular quality checks on products and packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a regular schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
