Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely
- Pick/pack orders according to digital manifests
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Report equipment issues and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability to work 10pm-6am schedule
