Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained according to company standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and resolve any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
