Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Execute accurate inventory management including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Implement lean principles to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
