Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the night shift operations.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
