Responsibilities
- Perform efficient and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of product integrity.
- Manage inventory levels by scanning barcodes and logging stock movements accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (data entry).
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
