Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all quality control standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a warehouse setting.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
