Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
