Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
