Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and ship products to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
