Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work areas and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation weekly
- Support special projects during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Way facility
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Background check and drug screen mandatory
