Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping operations during overnight shifts
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanning technology and barcode systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Conduct quality control checks to meet shipping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to/from Harbor Drive facility
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
