Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse inventory records.
- Packaging: Ensure all products are properly packaged and labeled for shipping to meet strict quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods without assistance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail are essential.
