Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Operate material handling equipment within all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with the night shift crew to meet daily production goals and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not strictly required).
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and using warehouse management systems.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
