Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and organize inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Packaging: Ensure all products are packaged securely and labeled correctly for shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic safety checks and maintenance on warehouse machinery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documents: Valid driver’s license and proof of address.
