Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all safety protocols and weight limits.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- License: Valid Driver's License (not required for all positions but a plus).
