Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in the warehouse storage area.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments using barcode scanners and computer systems.
- Perform daily safety checks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in packaging goods for shipment to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
