Job Overview:
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time during our peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damages and ensure quality control standards are met before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production and productivity targets.
- Update inventory records accurately as items are processed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning labels and completing paperwork.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
- Must be available to attend a walk-in interview on the day of application.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
