Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process shipments efficiently during the night shift.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
- Package goods securely for transport and verify shipping documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required (we train).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
