Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling of all goods.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a valid driver's license.
