Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management software.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to work nights, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (CDL Class A/B is a plus but not mandatory).
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
