Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, checking in, and stocking of incoming merchandise with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
