Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using industrial equipment.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
