Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and pack orders for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors to ensure a smooth transition of duties.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (7:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
