Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with precision to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels effectively.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
