Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping with precision using WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warehouse transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
