Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certifications provided
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate digital inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Support outbound shipping processes and label verification
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
