Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery following safety protocols
- Manage inventory systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to meet OSHA standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and coordinating shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
