Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure organized storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification (will train if no experience).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
