Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
