Our facility operates 24/7 to ensure seamless supply chain operations. As part of our night crew, you will play a critical role in inventory management and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Safely and efficiently manage inbound and outbound freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the WMS system.
- Packaging: Properly package and label products to ensure safe delivery to clients.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse machinery.
