Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Load/unload shipments and verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain organized storage systems and conduct regular inventory counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse management systems and digital inventory tools
- Perform quality checks and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (4-5 days/week)
