Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse management systems to update inventory status in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders according to customer specifications.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) without accommodation.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
