Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently manage the receiving and shipping docks, ensuring timely loading and unloading of trucks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in varying temperature conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Forklift Certification: Previous experience with forklifts is preferred but we offer training for qualified candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
