Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage and production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Package and label items according to company standards and shipping requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
