Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and stand-up reach trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
