Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Package and prepare orders for shipment with quality checks
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM (flexible scheduling)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
