Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with precision.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and reporting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
