Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform inventory management and cycle counting using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency during peak night hours
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and enforce OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (flexible shifts available)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license required
