Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in climate-controlled environment
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners
- Package and label shipments with precision
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Track shipments via WMS systems
- Rotate stock using FIFO methodology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability (11 PM - 7 AM schedule)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Attention to detail with accuracy records
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends during peak seasons
