Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate on the night shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role perfect for individuals looking for stability and growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
