Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Documents: Must present a valid ID (Driver's License or Social Security Card).
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
- Background: Must pass a background check (no felony convictions for violent crimes).
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
