Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and labeled.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure inventory accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate scanning equipment to update inventory systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in bulk picking and palletizing orders for outbound trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
