Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently load, unload, sort, and stage merchandise for delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
