Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using various packaging materials.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely and quickly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
