Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and sort packages using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: accurately scan and organize stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
