Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities against packing lists.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for the next day's distribution.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners in a safe and efficient manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for walk-in applicants.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus.
