Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship Orders: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory counts, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate record-keeping of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, move pallets using forklifts or pallet jacks, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping labels and documentation are accurate and compliant.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Operational Support: Assist in organizing the warehouse floor and supporting the night shift team to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time nights (shift times vary between 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documents: Valid ID (Driver's License or Passport) and eligibility to work in the USA.
