Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery across the DMV area
- Maintain strict safety protocols including proper PPE usage and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies weekly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends during peak seasons
